Super thick sleeping mat for camping.I camp quite often and this mat is great when you have to sleep on the ground. When fully inflated this mat is around 3 inches thick! You can sleep on it and no part of your body will ever bottom out. The weight of this mat though is not meant for long hikes and the size is a little cumbersome. Be sure to open the valves 30 minutes prior to sleeping to fully inflate the mat, and don't forget to close the valves when you lay on it. Otherwise you'll let all the cushioning air leak out.
