goto blackbox in betaflight, scroll down in DEBUG to find and click on vtx. go to sensors, plug in battery and look at the debug sensor. If it says something like 2.16 than its 2.1, if it says 2.0 something then its 2.0 etc. its in a joshua bardwell video

I don't think that is quite possible without modding the hardware itself. However, there is an US-Version of this transmitter that is limited to frequencies between 5.650 and 5.925GHz and a limited power-output of 1000mW. I don't think that limiting the number of channels on the transmitter is needed anywhere in the world. Just make sure you do not select the unwanted or forbidden frequencies and you will be fine ;). Hope this helps.
